Preventative Maintenance

A regular Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule ensures your FERNO products are in safe working order, extends the service life of your EMS equipment, and lowers your total cost of ownership.  FERNO offers options for preventative and unscheduled maintenance on all stretchers, chairs, and fasteners: Cot Care Training or One of our authorized Service Providers.

Service Agreement Options

FERNO wants to ensure that you get the most out of your equipment.  We offer a full range of Service Agreement Options and services to help you protect your investment.  Contact a FERNO Sales Consultant to learn more. 

 Extended Warranty

FERNO offers extended warranty plans on all Power X1, Power X2, and iNX Stretchers, Power F2 Fastening Systems and Transcend Stair Chairs.  These plans include Parts, Labor, Travel and yearly preventative maintenance.  All new Stretchers and Chairs include a two-year manufacturer warranty.  It is best to add coverage at the time that you purchase your new equipment.  The coverage options include an additional 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 years.  This warranty is not transferable or refundable.  Let us help you manage your equipment PM and Repairs.
