The base protection sheet as it names implies gives additional protection to the base of the basket stretcher, for use when transferring a casualty over rough ground, in situations requiring the basket to be dragged.
Made from a hard-wearing plastic, it is quick and easy to attach, and compact when rolled up for storage.
